Hollis Cobb Associates Acquires Healthcare Financial Services

NORCROSS, Ga. – Hollis Cobb Associates announces its acquisition of Healthcare Financial Services, located in Jackson, Mississippi.  This represents Hollis Cobb’s fifth acquisition in the past three years as they continue their national leadership as outsourcers of the revenue cycles within the healthcare provider market.

This acquisition is significant as it represents the largest deal as measured by revenue addition to the Hollis Cobb family.   “This deal made sense for so many reasons, but foremost it plays into our strategy of growing Hollis Cobb both organically and through strategic acquisitions” cites Greg Hocutt, the President of Hollis Cobb.

Healthcare Financial Service’s name will survive through a transition period at which time further marketing and sales effort will take place under the Hollis Cobb Associates name and logo.  The unique nature of this acquisition is furthered by the fact we now own the collection facility as opposed to our other locations which are leased.
