Executive Change: Coast Professional Names Roxanne Baker President

Today, Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) announced the promotion of Roxanne Baker to President of the organization and Board Member of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Baker, who most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, has also served as Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, and Vice President during her tenure. She has been with Coast for the last eight years, and has been instrumental in building a successful staff and collections program for a major Federal collections contract, while managing operations company-wide. She has over seventeen years of industry experience.

In her new role, Ms. Baker will be responsible for the oversight of all facets of the organization. While announcing her promotion to Coast employees, she credited her success to her longtime mentors and friends, Everett Stagg and Brian Davis, as well as the entire Coast team. She advised those in attendance to “Be a mentor, be an inspiration and aspire to make those around you better. It is important that we continue to share a vision and desire to see Coast grow and be the best we can be. With the continued company growth and success, the possibilities at Coast will be endless for each of you.”

Mr. Stagg has taken on the role of CFO and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Baker holds a Bachelors of Business Management degree from Houghton College and CCCO (Credit & Collection Compliance Officer) certification from ACA International, the Association of Credit & Collection Professionals.
