Executive Change: Joel Galante Joins National Recovery Associates

Galante has joined the company as Director of Business Development.

Mr. Galante brings to NRA over 30 years of experience in the consumer debt collections industry, having
spent much of the past two decades working with credit issuers , debt buyers, collection agencies and
attorney networks on business development and client retention strategies. Most recently, Joel served
as the Director of Business Development for a New York based Creditor’s Rights law firm where he was
instrumental in expanding the firm’s client base to include national debt buyers and local credit unions.
Joel also brings expertise in international BPO expansion and relationship management with fortune 500
companies.

In his capacity as Director of Business Development, Joel will work closely with NRA’s executive team to
enable additional growth in loan origination, servicing and delinquent collections across a variety of
consumer asset classes. NRA’s full life-cycle servicing suite allows consumer financial service providers
and investors to choose a partner to assist in managing consumer receivables from inception through
payoff and when necessary, delinquency resolution. Joel’s breadth of experience positions him to
provide a unique outlook to NRA’s growth plans.
