EOS’ North American operations has strengthened its business development team with the addition of several new staff members including Dan Baker, Vice President of Enterprise Sales; Robert Rougeou, Vice President of Business Development; Neil Casselman, Vice President of Sales and Marketing; and Daron Alvino, Director of Business Development.
These new team members were added to the U.S. and Canadian companies to drive client sales in the customer care and receivables management arena.
Dan Baker, Vice President of Enterprise Sales, joins EOS USA with more than ten years’ experience in the receivables management industry. Before joining EOS, he was Vice President of Sales at The CCS Companies where he helped the company double in size. Prior to that position, Dan held various sales management roles at SoundBite Communications where during his five-year tenure, he helped the company grow from $2 million to $37 million, culminating in an IPO in November 2007. He holds a degree in Business Management from Westfield State University.
Robert Rougeou has joined EOS USA as Vice President of Business Development where he will be responsible for growing the client base within the utilities and communications industries. Robert brings to the team more than 25 years of experience working in business development in the telecommunications, utility and healthcare industries. He previously held positions at AllianceOne, Infinity Receivables Group, Risk Management Alternatives and Equifax. Robert holds a degree from Northwestern State University.
EOS Canada welcomes Neil Casselman as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Neil brings more than 30 years of industry experience to his role and has a significant track record of success in the Canadian accounts receivables management industry. He has received numerous performance awards throughout his career as a leading sales executive, having amassed extensive business knowledge of customer care and receivables management services. Previously, Neil held positions at CBV, ARO, iQor and Equifax Canada. He has a degree in Business Administration from York University.
Daron Alvino joins the EOS USA sales team as Director of Business Development where he will be responsible for driving sales with existing clients and prospects with a specific focus on the communications industry. He joins EOS after a 15-year career at Comcast Cable where he successfully managed large teams, leading to increased revenue and maximum efficiency. Daron studied Business Administration at Robert Morris University.
