Executive Change: Wakefield and Associates Hires Debra Ciskey as Compliance Officer

Wakefield and Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Debra J. Ciskey has joined the company as Compliance Officer.  Ciskey will be responsible for development and maintenance of policies and procedures, implementation of Wakefield’s compliance management system, and general matters related to compliance.

Wakefield and Associates, Inc. is an Accounts Receivable Management company based in Aurora, Colorado.

Ciskey has been involved in the collection industry since 1980, when she joined the staff at ACA International in Minneapolis, MN.  In 1993, Ciskey joined Afni, Inc., in Bloomington, IL, where she was initially Director of Training and Development, after which she was named Director of Compliance.  Ciskey is a member of the Board of Directors of ACA International, chairman of the association’s ACPAC committee, and an active ACA certified instructor.
