KirkpatrickPrice Continuing CFPB Audit Readiness Web Series on Consumer Complaint Resolution and Tracking

KirkpatrickPrice announced today that they will be continuing their free CFPB Audit Readiness Web seminar series on the topic of Consumer Complaint Resolution and Tracking on Wednesday, July 24 at 2:30pm EST. This will be the third installment in the series and will focus on the new CFPB consumer complaint resolution procedures by properly defining and demonstrating the complaint tracking process.

This series has been well received by those in the ARM industry due to its increasing importance with current changes in regulations.

Since January of this year, the CFPB has been granted supervisory authority over larger consumer debt collectors, expanding their window of enforcement. KirkpatrickPrice has stepped up to help walk those in the industry through the changes by using their expertise and experience to answer questions that are being asked.

The previous sessions have included a Compliance Management System (CMS) Overview and a Compliant Vendor Management Overview.
