Executive Change: Vince LoBianco to AllianceOne

AllianceOne begins 2007 with the addition of an experienced government collection industry professional.  AllianceOne welcomes Vince LoBianco to our successful team of government sales executives.  Mr. LoBianco will serve as Vice President Sales, Government Division for the Eastern region of the United States. 

Mr. LoBianco brings nine years of operational management and marketing expertise within the collection industry to AllianceOne.  Mr. LoBianco served as the Director of Collections – Marketing for his most recent past employer, MAXIMUS, Inc.  During his five-year tenure he directed debt collection operations in both the Michigan and Illinois call centers, orchestrated several large government contract acquisitions, significantly increased performance on existing clients, served as a speaker at various county, state and municipal association meetings, and served as the Director of Collection Services for the National Association of Counties (NACo) partnership with MAXIMUS.  He will continue to actively participate in various industry organizations and work with AllianceOne’s Government Services Division in continuing to create a national leader in public sector collection services.

Our entire executive management team is excited about the experience and insight Mr. LoBianco brings to the Government Services Division.  The management group will utilize his knowledge of the industry from the marketing and operations perspectives to enhance the services we provide to our existing and newly established clients.  The addition of Mr. LoBianco is another example of AllianceOne’s commitment to serving the public sector industry with knowledgeable employees, unsurpassed technology and service.
