Interactive Data, a provider of integrated contact center solutions and Castel, Inc., a leading supplier of dialing solutions, today announced they would be joint-hosting a Webinar on how companies can increase their level of “right party contacts” while also increasing efficiencies. The Roundtable on Improving Contact Results, scheduled for Wednesday April 18, 2007, is designed to be a highly interactive workshop in which attendees can discuss the unique challenges their organizations face as well as catch-up on the most recent technology advances.
