Executive Change: Phillips & Cohen Associates Hire New VP of Global Recovery Operations

Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., a full service international recovery agency with headquarters in Wilmington, DE, announces industry veteran C.J. Hamilton joining their team as Executive Vice President of Global Recovery Operations, effective January 18th.

Mr. Hamilton has an extensive background in the accounts receivable management industry.  Prior to joining Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., Mr. Hamilton held the position of VP, Global Collections for AllianceOne. Additionally, his credentials include VP of Global Collections and Outsourcing for GE Money in Canton, Ohio, and managing collection and recovery operations with Key Bank.  Mr. Hamilton will report to Mr. Howard A. Enders Esq., President /COO-Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd.
