ABC-Amega Inc., a global commercial receivable management firm headquartered in Buffalo, New York, has named Melanie Terragnoli to the position of Vice President, Corporate Administration.
In her new position, Melanie will assume responsibility for strategic human resource planning geared toward providing the company with the best talent available. She will play an important role in helping to assess the organization and develop processes that meet the needs of clients and employees. By maintaining an awareness of policies, practices and trends within the industry, Melanie will work to establish ABC-Amega as the employer of choice for collection professionals.
Melanie has 17 years experience in the human resources industry. She has been with ABC-Amega since 2002 as Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining ABC-Amega she was a consultant with HR Works, Inc. She has also owned and managed her own business, Human Resource Advantage, serving as a consultant to businesses throughout New York State.

Melanie resides in Clarence, New York with her family. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Fox Valley Business Club. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo where she has also completed Master’s work in Creativity and Innovation.
