Executive Bio: Hakan Orvell

Hakan Orvell leads Performant’s finance and accounting teams and holds management responsibility for executing the financial and internal control aspects of our strategic and tactical goals, and for supplying related support to our operations. Mr. Orvell has demonstrated success in developing world-class internal-reporting processes and controls and in building strong finance and accounting capabilities which are critical skill sets in support of Performant’s overall growth strategy.

Prior to joining Performant, Mr. Orvell served as Chief Financial Officer for Neopost, Inc., a position held since 2002. He served eight years in increasingly responsible financial positions with Corporate Express, Inc. culminating in his promotion to Vice President, Controller of the Northern California division where we saw the company through a $215 million dollar revenue expansion.

Mr. Orvell earned his MBA in finance from the University of Stockholm. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
