Executive Change: Medical Recovery Specialists Adds Talent to Management Team

Medical Recovery Specialists, LLC (MRS), part of the Receivables Management Partners (RMP) family of companies and a leading provider of accounts receivable management and other outsourced revenue cycle management (RCM) services to the healthcare industry is pleased to announce that Mike Gerlach has joined MRS as General Manager. In this role, Mike will oversee the day-to-day operations at MRS, as well as develop and implement new collection strategies.

Mike has been a part of the accounts receivable industry for 17 years, most recently as Site Manager and Vice President of Operations for a leading call center. With a commitment to organizational needs, Mike has supervised, mentored and developed collection teams that have consistently met and exceeded organizational goals.

In addition to Mike, Marge Fitch has also joined the MRS team as a Business Development Executive. She has over 25 years of experience in business development, sales management and national account relationship management. In her role at MRS, Marge will be responsible for developing relationships with both existing clients as well as pursuing new business opportunities. In addition, she will work with all members of the healthcare community to ensure that MRS is maximizing recoveries while maintaining patient goodwill.
