St. Louis based NARS today announced the opening of its new corporate headquarters building located in suburban St. Louis. This announcement continues a trend for this rapidly growing BPO Company, which continues to expand its call centers both domestically and near shore.
The new headquarters is home to the company’s global IT, Accounting and Client Satisfaction operations as well as Executive Management team. The site also maintains a separate call center within a wing of this facility.
This announcement comes on the heels of NARS’ expansion into Southeast Missouri during the fourth quarter of 2006. The December opening of its first facility in Cape Girardeau, Missouri saw an initial hiring of over 150 call center agents. Late this Spring, NARS will open its permanent facility in Cape Girardeau, complete with over 500 work stations, a health club and custom deli.
NARS expects enterprise growth in agents to top 3,000 this year, continuing their stunning growth rate of 50% annually.
