For the fourth year in a row, Phillips & Cohen Associates’ employees voted their employer into the top ranks of The News Journal’s Top Workplaces as featured in Delaware Online; this year topping the chart at number one of mid-sized companies. Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. is a multi-national specialty debt collection agency with its North American Headquarters along the riverfront in Wilmington, DE.
In previous years Phillips & Cohen Associates was categorized as a small company; however, due to recent growth they are now featured within the competitive mid-size category.
The News Journal is a prominent Delaware publication and their Top Workplaces results were published on August 16th. In order to determine the top workplaces, employees anonymously submit surveys rating their employers. The survey revealed that categories such as “connection, direction, execution, my work and my manager” were weighed atleast as high as pay and benefits in terms of importance value to the employees.

The company announced plans to expand their Delaware workforce in 2014.
