Busby-Rast will focus on helping clients and prospects improve recoveries and safeguard their brands by leveraging DCM Services’ expanding set of innovative survivor recovery services.
Busby-Rast has been involved in the credit card and deceased debt recovery market for 18 years, specializing in the development and execution of business development strategies from marketing to sales to client management. Prior to joining DCM Services, Busby-Rast was national vice president of business development for West Asset Management (Omnium Worldwide), where her focus on understanding client needs and building strong relationships resulted in significant revenue growth in the company’s deceased business throughout her seven-year tenure. Previous positions include vice president, strategic business and systems development at First National Bank of Marin, Las Vegas, and manager of business, planning and development at First Data Corporation.

Busby-Rast holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Bellevue University in Omaha, Neb. She has completed The Institute for Career Advancement Needs’ ICAN Influence Leadership program and was a speaker on client management at Resource Management Services’ 2007 Debt Connection Symposium Conference.
