Focus Receivables Management, a leading provider of consumer and commercial receivables management services, announced Thursday that Jim Scesney has joined the team as Vice President of Government Services.

Scesney comes to Focus with over 18 years executive experience within the government services industry. Most recently he worked with two major debt buyers capitalizing on unique financing models, analytics, and legal services to drive new service opportunities. Mr. Scesney’s diverse career experiences in operations and sales, across the full spectrum of government outsourcing, will allow him to drive revenue opportunities that draw from the Focus core competencies.

Jim’s vast executive experience will be instrumental as Focus penetrates the government services industry.
