Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. is pleased to announce the recent addition of Janice Nakano as the Director of Client Relations & Business Development to WWR’s new Real Estate Default Group (REDG).

Ms. Nakano will work with the REDG team to ensure client satisfaction, seek opportunities for new business and identify trends and service offerings within the industry. She earned her B.A. in Communications and Humanities from the University of Washington.  Ms. Nakano has been working in the legal field for 10 years and has held paralegal, accounting and management positions in all aspects of real estate and creditors’ rights law.  Her many years spent living abroad has enabled her to bring a worldly dynamic to her current position.  Ms. Nakano is an active member in local and trade organizations and regularly attends national conferences and trade shows.

2007 marks a turning point for WWR real estate services.  As WWR is making many changes to better meet clients’ needs for operations and performance excellence, the Firm has unified its teams to become one powerful unit, which involves a new branding of the group. As a result, WWR’s foreclosure and eviction department, in conjunction with the litigation and bankruptcy groups, has been renamed the Real Estate Default Group.
