“Kadent Technologies plays a critical role in the success of our business, especially how we interface with our clients in the marketplace,” Mr. Colburn said. “We will leverage Joe’s substantial experience leading other organizations’ IT functions to continue our focus on operational excellence and client service while Kadent increases its scale and geographic breadth. This appointment also allows our existing technology function, directed by Mr. Shober, to narrow its focus on the technology needs of Kadent’s clients.”
