Executive Change: J. Douglas Gregg Named Chief Strategy Officer at Intelitech Group

VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Intelitech Group, a business consulting practice and technology solutions provider for the collections industry, today announced the appointment of J. Douglas Gregg as chief strategy officer. Recognizing the current challenges agencies are faced with such as escalating placements and lower liquidation rates, Gregg will lead the consulting practice and recommend how agencies can improve collectability and profitability. Solutions such as analytics, performance dashboard, and collector training will be offered to agencies to help reduce costs and recover more debt.

Gregg spent 22 years at Ontario Systems in a variety of management level positions where he spearheaded several successful initiatives including international sales, recurring revenue strategy, and sales and marketing. During his tenure, Ontario Systems grew from a 14 person custom software provider to an operation with over 500 employees delivering a range of critical applications and telephony systems to the receivables management industry. Gregg also served as chief operating officer for TK Constructors, a $100 million homebuilding company where he was responsible for sales, marketing, information technology, training and education, and human resources.
