National Asset Recovery Services, Inc. (NARS) today announced the graduation of the first team of At Home Agents (AHAgents) after extensive in-house training at the NARS Cape Girardeau branch office.  In early August, NARS hired a team of AHAgent personnel to support customer service initiatives while working from the comfort of their homes.  With an initial workforce projected at over 100 AHAgents, the company will evaluate the project to determine future growth.  The At Home Agent solution is one more way in which NARS differentiates itself as a leader in the industry and provides a creative solution to a growing need in the marketplace.

After completing a thorough and detailed screening and hiring process, the successful candidates complete three weeks of paid training at the Cape Girardeau call center and are transitioned to work at home after clearly demonstrating their ability to deliver quality customer interaction.  All remote connectivity to NARS systems follow the same stringent security standards required of all NARS locations.  AHAgents provide their own home computer system and headset and must have quality Internet connection and home land-line telephone service.  Most agents work 25-30 hours per week and their schedules are made up of various hours throughout the week based on their personal schedule and NARS’ operational needs.
