Executive Change: BillingTree Names Edgars "Edz" Sturans as New CEO and President

BillingTree^® Payment Solutions announced today the appointment of Edgars “Edz” Sturans as its new CEO and President. Edz was previously President of CR Software LLC (now part of FICO^®), where he transformed the company into an Accounts Receivables Management (ARM) Industry leader, growing the company from 22 employees to over 110 employees in 7 years and orchestrated the sale in 2012 to FICO – a leading provider of credit scoring, decision management and fraud detection services. At FICO, Edz served as VP of Global Product Services, responsible for the company’s field leading application and tools products.

As BillingTree’s new CEO and President, Edz is chartered with leading the company through its next major expansion including furthering electronic payment adoption and technology within ARM, Auto Finance, Healthcare and complementary verticals. He oversees the strategic direction of BillingTree, is active in day-to-day operations of the company and provides oversight on all key initiatives.
