Executive Change: Andrew Hall to Estate Information Services as Legal Compliance Officer

EIS is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Hall to the company’s growing leadership team.  Andrew has joined EIS as Legal Compliance Officer to further enhance the firm’s focus on compliance.  Andrew will be located in our corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Andrew brings nearly 15 years of legal experience.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Otterbein College and his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School. Throughout his legal career, Andrew has represented clients in the areas of corporate/business formation and governance, commercial real estate, estate planning, and probate estate administration.  He has also assisted numerous businesses with their compliance and licensing requirements.
