Government Revenue Collection Association Hosts Free Webinar: Social Networking as a Skip Trace Tool

Orchards, Wash. – The Government Revenue Collections Association (GRCA) invites those working in government debt collection to participate in a free webinar entitled “Social Networking as a Skip Trace Tool.”
