Executive Change: Walter Leichter to TSYS Debt Management

Walter Leichter has been named Vice President of Bankruptcy and Probate for TSYS Debt Management, Inc. (TDM), a wholly owned subsidiary of global payments processor TSYS. TDM is the largest third-party bankruptcy processor in the United States, touching over 75 percent of all bankruptcies filed. Walter is a 22-year veteran of the information technology industry with expertise in hardware, software and consulting on a global basis. He holds a degree in Law & Computer Science from the University of the Western Cape and an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch, both in South Africa.
