Peacock Consulting announced that CastIMS, the ARM industry’s leading software for compliance and solutions tracking, is receiving a compliance and complaint tracking upgrade to facilitate the industry’s compliance with increased governmental regulations.

“Our latest upgrade is designed to provide agencies the technology to track and trend consumer complaints,” says Peacock Consulting’s President Sarah Headly, “CastIMS has always had the ability to record and resolve complaints, and when the CFPB released the final rule on debt collections in 2012, we worked closely with our clients to identify improvements in order to align CastIMS with the CFPB’s goals and tracking mechanisms.”

The added functionality results in the ability for agencies to not only record complaints, but also gives them the ability to analyze complaints using multiple dimensions, follow the various paths of corrective actions, and prove to the outside world what the company has done to increase consumer protection.

“We are very excited about this release – when we first launched CastIMS in 2005, we felt that the ability to intelligently track compliance issues was absolutely critical to the industry’s future”, says Peacock Consulting’s CIO Craig Stewart.  “Our goal has always been to make a powerful yet user-friendly system that puts the operations team in control with very little IT involvement necessary. I think the new version’s enhanced visualization features and logical linking of issues moves us further in that direction.”

The CastIMS 5.8 upgrade is currently being beta tested by a select group of current users and will be available for general release by mid to late August of 2013.

Installed within your network for added security and flexibility, CastIMS is a web-based system specifically designed to assist the ARM Industry with managing compliance and quality assurance programs. Easy to use tracking forms include Consumer Complaints, Client Requests, Corrective Action Reports, Training History, and Document Control. Cross linking of the reports is viewable in a relational map and users can quickly obtain extensive trend reviews with ad-hoc reporting and drill-down graphing.
