Executive Change: Larry Smith to RGS Financial as COO

RGS Financial, Inc. of Carrollton, TX is proud to announce the addition of Larry Smith to the company’s Senior Management Team as the Chief Operating Officer, effective March 2nd. Mr. Smith brings a twenty-four year call center & collections career to RGS including senior management roles at Etech RMS, Nearshore Receivables and GC Services.

In his new role, Mr. Smith will be responsible for all day-to-day call center operations at RGS and will report directly to RGS’s President and founding partner, Michael Ryalls.
