Executive Changes: Associated Credit Services Names Two New Execs

Associated Credit Services, Inc., located in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, celebrates its 40 Year anniversary with the appointment of Kim Massey to the position of EVP, Business Development and Katie Thibodeau to the position of Director of Client Services.

Kim Massey is a seasoned A/R professional who brings 20+ years of experience as an executive in the collections industry to ACS. Kim is widely recognized as a leader in formulating sophisticated strategies, collection models and developing production metrics to maximize collections.  Kim boasts a proven track record of sales and conducting business with high level executives and key decision makers, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Arizona State University.

Katie Thibodeau brings over 10 years of A/R management experience to ACS as their new Director of Client Services.  Katie will replace Tim Carney, who will retire in 2011 after over 34 years with ACS.  Katie has succeeded in a variety of upper level positions within the A/R industry and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Associated Credit Services, Inc. was founded in Massachusetts in 1969 and incorporated in 1971.  ACS concentrates on primary contingency collection campaigns and boasts many client relationships lasting 10-20 years or longer.  ACS maintains two call centers in Massachusetts and employs approximately 100 people.  ACS is active in all banking sectors, utility, commercial, medical, student loan and insurance verticals.
