PR - San Joaquin Co., Calif., Selects MSB for Collection Services

The AOC is the staff agency of the Judicial Council, which has policy-making authority over the state court system. San Joaquin County has selected MSB to collect on their delinquent court fines and fees for both traffic and criminal accounts.
