MRS Associates, an industry leader in receivables management, announces the promotion of Eric Hunn to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hunn joined MRS as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy in October of 2005.

In his new position, Mr. Hunn will be responsible for managing all of MRS’s collection divisions and its five call centers, including its newest site located in Mumbai, India. Eric’s focus will be on the increased use of analytics, strategic workflow design, hiring of top talent to infuse into the management ranks, and spearheading the company’s operational expansion both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Hunn has expertise in marketing, large-scale operational management, analytics, financial forecasting, and operational workflow design. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA in Operations Management from Drexel University.
