Sameer Maini comes to ACT with 13 years of senior-level engineering, application development and technology leadership experience. Leveraging an extensive background in contact call center support both in the U.S. and internationally, Maini has driven business performance within the collections industry for nine years. His longest tenure was with the Bureau of Collection Recovery / UniversalSystems, where he held varying positions of increased responsibility, culminating in chief technology officer. Maini most recently served as vice president of processing and technology with Cavalry Portfolio Services.
