Executive Change: John Cutrone to FirstSource

Firstsource, among India’s top Business Process Outsourcing companies announced the appointment of John Cutrone as President – North America. John has over two decades of executive management experience with companies like IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Brother International Corporation and Smith Corona Corporation.  John was a pioneer in Business Process Outsourcing and joins Firstsource from IBM where his last assignment was as a Partner within the Business Technology Outsourcing (BTO) practice.

As President, North America, John will be responsible for driving Firstsource’s Sales and Business Development strategy in its three focus verticals of Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & Media and Healthcare.
