iQor UK, a global provider of business process outsourcing services, today announced that it will work in partnership with The Capita Group Plc to support an 8 year contract with the BBC to administer the TV Licensing service. iQor will be responsible for the management and collection of TV Licensing instalment plan arrears, with revenues to iQor over the life of the contract expected to be worth £80 million; this is believed to be the largest collections contract awarded in the UK.
The contract is due to be signed with Capita in December with a commencement date of 1st July 2012.
