Executive Change: MicroBilt Corporation Announces Todd Milner as New Head of Sales

KENNESAW, GA — MicroBilt Corporation, a leader in risk management information for small and medium-sized businesses and leading provider of alternative data for non-traditional lenders is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Milner as MicroBilt’s new head of sales and a member of the MicroBilt executive team. MicroBilt is also pleased to announce that Walt Wojciechowski, MicroBilt’s CEO, has joined the Board of Directors of the Online Lenders Alliance (OLA).

Mr. Milner was previously Director of Strategic Accounts for CL Verify; CL Verify recently merged with MicroBilt Corporation in September, 2010. Mr. Milner brings over 20 years experience in sales leadership in a number of high growth technology companies. One of Milner’s top priorities as MicroBilt’s new SVP of Sales will be to expand MicroBilt leadership position in the online short-term lending market by leveraging the best-in-class data solutions created by the merger of MicroBilt and CL Verify.

Mr. Milner joins Simon Williams on the MicroBilt executive team. Mr. Williams was recently hired as head of MicroBilt UK. “Many of CL Verify’s customers are looking to expand in the UK and Europe,” noted Milner, “Simon is a seasoned professional that will provide invaluable guidance and service to our customers that are planning expansion into the UK market.”

Both Mr. Milner and MicroBilt’s CEO, Walt Wojciechowski, have taken active roles in the Online Lenders Alliance (OLA), the online lenders trade association; Mr. Wojciechowski as a board member and Mr. Milner in the OLA’s Underwriting and Analytics working group. Mr. Milner will be a member of the OLA’s Underwriting and Analytics panel at the CFSA Annual Conference March 2-4, 2011 in Ft Lauderdale, FL.
