Executive Changes: Coast Professional Announces New Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Operations

Coast Professional, Inc. today announced the promotion of two key employees. Roxanne Baker has been promoted to the newly created position of Chief Compliance Officer. Jon Prince has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. These important changes have been made in response to the company’s growth and to help support future expansion.

Ms. Baker, who most recently served as Vice President, has been with Coast for the last five years, and was instrumental in building a successful staff and collections program for a major Federal collections contract, while managing Operations company-wide. She has over fifteen years of industry experience. In her new role, Ms. Baker will be responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance within the organization, as well as designing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures.

Formerly Director of Operations, Mr. Prince has been with Coast since 2009 and has 11 years of industry experience. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Prince’s new responsibilities include managing the operational aspects of Coast’s Federal contract, guarantor contracts, and campus based operations.
