Orchards, Wash. – The Government Revenue Collections Association (GRCA) invites those interested in government debt collection to its 2nd Annual Conference, May 3-5, 2010 in San Diego, CA.  This year’s event, “Work Smarter”, features curriculum designed to help government entities use their existing resources and leverage outside resources to succeed in today’s collection environment.

Over 100 participants from 15 states came together for the 2009 conference,  sharing their ideas and experiences during two days of classes and networking.  One attendee remarked, “The speakers were extremely informative and helpful in the information that was presented.
