BillingTree®, one of the nation’s leading on-demand payment processors, today announced its 2012 year over year revenue grew by 25.1%, Net income by 75% and volumes showed growth of over 17%, totalling $3 Billion combined ACH and Credit Card Processing. BillingTree has consistently outperformed the past five straight years due to continued customer and new market expansion. The company continued its focus on extending BillingTree services to the ARM market and the development of new markets, in particular, healthcare, government and insurance.
In 2012 the company successfully completed a significant leadership transition under new President and CEO David Roberts which included hiring Liz Caracciolo, Vice President of Corporate Development to head up the newly created division within the firm. Caracciolo appointed several new team members including Matt Llewellyn as VP of Business Development, Chris Gonzales as Director of Product Marketing and Marya Ulis as Director of Strategic Alliances. The Corporate Development Department also includes Marketing, led by Dave Yohe, Director of Corporate Marketing.
Realizing new services, application development and security were key to BillingTree’s future growth, Roberts appointed Melissa Kirk as Head of Technology, to support the company’s expanding portfolio of payment processing services. He also added another new role, Kerrie Kulak, AAP, as Director of Risk.
During the year, Roberts recognized existing team career growth as well, implementing several leadership team promotions including Richard Knowles from Controller to Vice President of Finance, Chad Probst from Director to Vice President of Sales, and Jennifer Ainsworth from Specialist to Human Resources Manager.
