So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will win hundred times in hundred battles. If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you win one and lose the next. If you do not know yourself or your enemy, you will always lose. — Sun Tzu, The Art of War

Written during the 6th century BCE by Sun Tzu, The Art of War has had a long history as the text book for everything from military actions to political scheming (with a little help from Machiavelli).

Now, Sun Tzu’s book military strategy and philosophy is being used to explain the world of revenue and payment collections.

As Alan Go, who has pioneered the program, explains, "One of the toughest battles in the business world is the challenge of protecting and defending receivables risks and collections risks. Revenue collections management is the most difficult, the least studied and the most often ignored strategic business area by many corporations and organizations."

The 1-day program promises participants new perspectives towards learning the Art of War in managing revenue collections by focusing on adapting Sun Tzu’s winning strategies to overcome collections challenges.
