A leader in the healthcare industry, Lee has more than 20 years of experience driving growth and market share in healthcare receivables. Her expertise will help providers improve revenue cycle management for deceased accounts and safeguard provider reputations in their communities. Lee’s unique combination of experience in operations and sales will allow her to effectively shape DCM Services’ growing set of survivor recovery solutions in the healthcare financial management space.
Lee has managed turnkey healthcare revenue cycle processes and programs for more than two decades. Prior to joining DCM Services she was vice president of sales and marketing for a healthcare debt purchasing organization, where she was instrumental in creating a new sales and marketing strategy that drove significant revenue growth. Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Illinois (Chicago) in English and is a current member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
