Bethlehem, Pa.-based RMS, a leader in global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and debt recovery services, and portfolio partner of Citi Venture Capital International, has completed an expansion of their new headquarters facility.
Just opened in December of 2007, the 80,000 square foot headquarters facility required modification to accommodate an additional 10% capacity growth. In response to customer servicing demands, this facility will now house a total of almost 900 employees. RMS has 23 offices located throughout the United States and 8 offices internationally based in Mexico, Canada, India and Hong Kong. The company is on track to reach 3,000 employees this year.
“The growing demand for services from our existing customers who are broadening their scope of business with us, as well as new customers who are experiencing RMS benefits for the first time, is continuing to drive our expansion” stated David Huebner, CEO. “Our steady growth is being seen not only throughout the United States, but in our international locations as well.”
In the first quarter of 2008, the company’s two offices in Canada also experienced changes. New office locations were opened in both Toronto and Montreal to accommodate growth in the company’s BPO business and continued support of their recovery services. This international growth follows on the company’s expansion of their Asia/Pacific Hub in India and Hong Kong announced in the fourth quarter of 2007 ("RMS Accelerates Asia-Pacific Service Hub Expansion," Nov. 14, 2007).
