MoneyGram recently released an upgraded version of its Internet reporting and bill payment management tool for its business clients using the ExpressPayment® service. The tool, called Payment Tracker, is a browser-based application used for increased collection efficiencies.

The latest enhancement to Payment Tracker brings functionality which allows users to print receipts online to a local printer.

“Payment Tracker provides easy transaction management for our clients. This new functionality further improves capabilities by providing better overall receipt administration,” stated Vicki Keller, vice president of Global Funds Transfer Product Management at MoneyGram.

Receipt management tools include user control of print timing and quantity, electronic retention of receipt copies, print access control, on demand receipt prints, and an audit trail for printed receipts.

Further enhancements included in this version of Payment Tracker allow select users to view more transactions online than previously permitted, and to receive automatic e-mail notifications of each new transaction.

“Our focus on continually enhancing Payment Tracker and providing an advanced transaction management tool is appealing to our business clients. We receive numerous comments stating that our Payment Tracker tool is easy to use and superior to other systems offered in the industry,” added Keller.

In addition to these enhancements, Payment Tracker offers near real-time access to payment and transaction information, sophisticated search features, strong security, transaction status updates, advanced transaction origin information, and downloadable reports.

Consumers typically use MoneyGram’s ExpressPayment service to quickly and electronically pay auto loans, home mortgages, credit card and other bills.
