Acxiom® Corporation today announced the release of a substantially upgraded version of its InsightCollect debtor locator tool. The new version is faster, more accurate and more sophisticated.
“InsightCollect offers creditors, financial institutions, agencies, collection attorneys, and debt buyers more right party contacts with fewer false positives so they can collect more money with less effort,” said Ron Fournet, Acxiom Risk Mitigation Line of Business Leader.
InsightCollect 3X has been re-engineered to take advantage of Acxiom’s comprehensive data and powerful data integration solutions. The new version is significantly more responsive and accurate than the previous version. In addition, the user interface has been re-designed to provide the user more useful information with fewer mouse clicks. “Our clients continue to stress the importance of accurate telephone number information,” said Jeff Flood, InsightCollect Sales Leader. “As a result, we have really beefed up the telco data in 3X and also included a lot more telco data in the base subscription price.”
In addition to more data and a streamlined user interface, InsightCollect 3X continues the evolution of Acxiom analytic technology by including a number of built-in scores and flags to help users make better decisions based on the results of each search. InsightCollect 3X also introduces several new features, including a console panel to track search history and a new “known associates” search, which locates individuals other than relatives who are known to have been associated with the debtor in the past.
“We’ve engineered great new features in 3X, but the big news here is the switch to the Acxiom computing platform and Acxiom’s robust databases,” Fournet said. “With Acxiom’s massive computing horsepower and unmatched data resources under the hood, we are seeing major accuracy and performance gains. We are very excited about what this new product can do for the market now and in the future as the former InsightAmerica takes advantage of Acxiom’s broad market reach and its advancing technology base.”
