Christopher S. Tolley joined the firm as an associate in 1992. His areas of practice are Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions and Agreements, Bankruptcy/Creditor Rights Litigation, Mortgage Foreclosures, Construction Litigation, and Consumer Collection Law. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is an agent for First American Title Insurance Company. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
